Greetings Potential Volunteers!We need many helping hands to get this PPD off and running!
- Set Up - Arrive on site at 8:00am to help clean up the area (if necessary). Set up tables and canopies for NoVa PPD, groups, and vendors. Otherwise prepare site for attendees.
- Tear Down - Arrive on site at 4:00pm to help tear down tables and canopies, as well as load cars and clean up the area.
- Registration - Man the registration table, welcome folks to PPD, hand our programs, and answer any questions.
- Ritual - Volunteer to help set up or participate in the ritual (if necessary).
- Promotions - Prior to the event, flyers and other information will need to be distributed to the area's stores, coffee shops, community boards, etc.
2009 NoVa PPD Volunteer Meeting Dates:
August 1st - 1pm at Caribou Coffee in Crystal City
September 11th - 7pm at venue for final overlook
September 12th - NoVa Pagan Pride Day!
September 12th - 7pm for post event volunteer dinner
